This allows us the opportunity to offer the slot to other clients.
If you do not cancel your appointment within this time frame or fail to attend your appointment, you will be held liable for the full treatment cost.

Refund Policy
At Toned & Polished, our team prides itself on delivering excellent customer care and superior beauty treatments. We do not issue refunds on services rendered. However, if you have any concerns or are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact the salon within two days of your appointment. We will require you to return to the salon for an inspection, and any necessary adjustments will be made by the original technician at no additional cost within two days of the initial service.
