Cancellation & Booking Policy
At Toned & Polished, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service to all clients, the following policy applies:
Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance.
- Please ensure your contact details are correct at the time of booking.
- Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time or the need to reschedule, while still being charged in full.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booked service.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Deposits
- Certain treatments may require a deposit at the time of booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final service total.
- Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled to avoid impacting other clients.
- In such cases, the full service fee may still apply.
Health, Safety & Client Care
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to your appointment.
- Toned & Polished reserves the right to refuse treatment if it may compromise client or staff safety.
Respectful Conduct
- We ask that all clients treat our team with kindness and respect.
- Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of future bookings.
